CAIR "A fallen chance for redemption"

From our good friends at Frontpagemag. As you all know know recently Robert Spencers book " The Truth About Muhammad" was banned from Pakistan. He figured this would be the perfect opportunity for CAIR to condemn the banning and confiscation of his book. Everyone knows that CAIR is an advocate for justice and mutual understanding, at least if benefits their agenda. Besides this would be the perfect opportunity for them to prove they are a legitimate civil rights group and not a wacko organization bent on Americas demise. Robert approached Ibrahim Hooper spokesman for CAIR, his response was as follows.

“The (true) servants of (God) the Most Gracious are those who walk on the earth in humility, and when the ignorant address them, reply with (words of) peace” (25:63). He didn’t respond to further inquiries.

It's my opinion, this is another example of how one sided this group is. Furthermore, if they truly don't operate in the capacity of civil rights, then we should not give them power as if they were.
