Muslim Rights

Alright let me say first and foremost that I am far from a perfect Christian, I am not going to sit here and spit platitudes and be hypocritical when it comes to religion. I have my issues with that and that is a whole separate post, I just have a big problem with the double standard present today. We can ridicule Christianity and ensure that even nativity scenes are missing from Christmas er Winter Holiday decorations, but once we break out and delve into the wonderful world that is Islam, watch out. We are Islamaphobic, or intolerant of others religion.
Take the latest from Dearborn, where a couple of Muslim women had their prayers interrupted by another patron. She then goes to complain to management where she is told that she has to respect the other patron, but they don't have to respect her god. Sounds like something a Christian would be told. But not to any Muslim. This is a high crime and indicative of the PC war that being raged here in America. Now, I am sure that CAIR will be the first on the scene to instigate the whole story and further prove that we are all Islamaphobic. I think more to the point, we are seeking fair play. If we can demoralize any other religion, why not this one.
Maybe we should just pack up and head to Australia. The Prime Minister there, John Howard, said flatly that anyone wanting to live under Sharia law (which is under the Koran), should pack up and move somewhere else. I think it is time that America learn a little about being non-PC and get with the program.
